Chris Ellis


Born in England U.K, Chris brings to the company a multitude of experience gained over a varied career that as seen him traveling all over the world. He served in the British Armed Forces for many years and was stationed in or visited many countries in that career, including, Scandinavia (Denmark, Norway and Sweden), Western Europe (Germany, Holland, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Greece), Middle East (Egypt, Bahrain), Far East (Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Korea), India, Nepal, Australia, Africa (Kenya), Central America (Belize) and Canada.


When asked about his travel Chris said: “Traveling around the world really broadened my horizons and understanding of different cultures, it gave me a real insight into the diverse and different levels of wealth and poverty experienced by those cultures. Over the years, it made me realize that in order to truly understand life, you have to understand how other people live outside of the sometimes cocooned society we often find ourselves encapsulated in. I believe my travels have afforded me the ability to better understand, communicate, and interact with people”. Chris came to the United States in 1991 and has lived in Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Tennessee, Ohio and New York. His Aviation Qualifications and Resume include:

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND CHIEF PILOT

Bob Ledinsky

This company is very fortunate to have such a multi-talented individual who is extremely knowledgeable in both the Aviation and, Maritime fields on our staff. We are proud to recognize Bob’s military service, he is a combat veteran, experiencing active service in Vietnam as a Sergeant in a U.S Army Airborne Infantry Regiment. He is a graduate of Kent State University in Ohio and Embry Riddle University in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Over the course of his aviation career Bob as gained vast experience through holding a broad level of positions, including, Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, Director of Maintenance and Line Captain.

His Aviation Qualifications include:

  • Commercial, Single, Multi-Engine Land and Sea.
  • Type Rated, DC3, BE300, BE1900.
  • Maritime Qualifications:
  • 50 Ton Masters License.
Having Bob serve as an integral and central part of the C.A.T.S. organization is very important to us and, we value his continued input and advice to help keep this company operating safely and effectively.

DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE

John Beckner

John is a very welcome and also important member of our staff, whose experience in the Aviation industry is exceeded only by his experience in life. Over his long career John as built up an abundant wealth of knowledge that we feel privileged to be able to benefit from. His impressive resume of mechanical experience includes working on the Citation 500 Series, Citation 525 Series, Citation Excel, Citation X, Lear 35, 60, Challenger 601, 604 and, a myriad of Turbo-Prop, Piston Single and Multi-Engine aircraft. In addition to his current title John as also held positions as Aviation Manager, Chief Pilot and Line Captain.

His Aviation Qualifications include:

VP OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

Anita Howland-Ellis

Anita brings to this company her vitality, enthusiasm and vibrant personality. She as worked in the Aviation Sales and Customer Service fields for over 10 years. Anita truly takes pride in her work, constantly striving for perfection and, will settle for nothing but the best from herself and her customer service and sales staff.

Her broad level of experience (in addition to sales and customer service), includes working in hotel management, food catering, concierge service, ground transportation and, aircraft line service.

We are very proud to have a person on staff with such broad experience and, with a true understanding from ground level to management recognizing what it takes to provide first class customer service.

Anita is vitally important and a key part to keeping our clients and customers happy.
